Largest and most detailed North American models ever produced by Kato.
Three engine numbers for two different Union Pacific paint schemes will be offered within the SD90/43MAC models, as well as three engine numbers of Canadian Pacific and an Undecorated model.
Mechanisms will feature "wired" electrical pickup with powerful five-pole motor with dual brass flywheels.
All models are equipped with Bright White LED headlights, as well as KATO semi-automatic knuckle couplers and factory-installed DCC socket.
These models are also expected to have lighted front-end ditch lights, similar to those on our C44-9W models.
All models will include printed Numberboards, separate MU Hoses, and Windshield Wipers (modeler install).
45" Scale Wheels.
While these models may physically be capable of operating on a 18" radius curve, it is recommended they be run on curves no smaller than a 22" radius to prevent the appearance of unrealistic overhang and premature uncoupling. Larger radius curves will yield better operation of these massive models.
